It was easy to book and organise the property inspection in the time frame required. I needed to change the time due to the vendor having a prior appointment, so I left a message and sent an email, and they responded, saying that the change of time was fine. I didn't have any direct contact with the building inspector, but my real estate agent did, and he called me to advise a summary of the outcome of the property - which overall was quite good. The subsequent report was very helpful and helped us to feel at ease moving forward with a purchase

I had this company recommended to me by a colleague and I'm glad he did. It was a Monday afternoon and the house I wanted inspected was going to auction Thursday morning, so I had very little time! He was thorough in his inspection and when finished, took the time to take me to areas of concern, explaining what repairs would be necessary. His friendly helpful manner was highly appreciated. How can I book a property inspection?
Bookings can be made via our website using the instant quote form, by SMS to 0428 273 563, or by calling our friendly team on (08) 7137 1466. We're available Monday to Saturday.
Can you do inspections on the weekend?
Our inspectors and admin team are available on Saturdays, subject to availability. Please note that Saturday appointments may incur a different fee. Please contact our team to confirm availability and pricing. On Sundays, our office is closed, but we will happily get back to you first thing Monday morning.
Do I need to be present for the inspection?
Your presence is welcome but not essential. Our inspector will need access to the property which can be arranged via the Real Estate Agent or Vendor. We handle all coordination on your behalf.
How long does the inspection take?
We allow approximately 1 hour for the inspection and up to another hour for reporting and documentation. Some inspections take less or more time depending on accessibility and the number of defects found.
When will I receive the report?
The report is available within 24 hours of inspection and often sooner. Reports are delivered digitally in PDF format via email.
Is iSPECT insured?
Yes, iSPECT holds both Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance, giving you complete peace of mind.
What standards do you inspect to?
